Danielle Storm

Biography

Danielle Storm is a Sunshine Coast Contemporary Artist who has been painting for over 10 years.  Her style is diverse and her range of subjects vary from the bold textured abstracts to the minimalist style of landscapes.  Born in Papua New Guinea and moving to Australia in her teenage years, many of her artworks were represented in art showings throughout Brisbane earning her an invitation to join elite Art institutions at 17, but her life took her on another path. It wasn’t till later in life she turned back to her first love, the creative world of Art.

 

Danielle has a passion in abstract Impressionism with rich textures used to create bold artworks down to the minimalist style in her landscapes. These are all done in Acrylic with mixed media to often give a textured look she has now become known throughout Brisbane and Sunshine Coast for. Many of her large minimilist Beach and landscape artworks you will find on walls throughout QLD depicting the calm turquoise waters of the coasts, to the bold richness of her abstracts.
